Umutite \u017eumanca sa \u010de\u0107erom u prahu, dodajte otopljenu \u010dokoladu, le\u0161nike i dobro umu\u0107ena belanca. Smesu dobro umutite, sipajte u pleh dimenzije 26cm oblo\u017een pek papirom. Pecite na 180\u00b0C 25 – 30 min. Pe\u010denu koru okrenite na papir posut kristal \u0161e\u0107erom. Skinite papir na kome se pekla kora i ostavite da se hladi. Postupak ponovite jo\u0161 jednom kako bi na kraju imali dve ispe\u010dene kore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Za pripremu belog fila Creme Patisserie umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, dodati \u017eelatin prethodno pripremljen po upustvu kesice. Prome\u0161ati i ostaviti 10 minuta u fri\u017eideru da se ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Za pipremu \u017eutog fila puding pome\u0161ati sa \u0161e\u0107erom i 100ml mleka. Ostatak mleka pome\u0161ati sa Creme Patisserie i staviti da provri. Dodati pripremljenu smesu pudinga i kuvati 1 minut uz neprestano me\u0161anje. Ostaviti sa strane da se ohladi. Ohla\u0111en puding umutiti sa maslacem i \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Koru postavite na tacnu. Preko nje prema\u017eite marmeladu po izboru pa nanesite pola belog fila, \u017euti ceo fil i drugu polovinu blog fila. Drugu joru prema\u017eite marmeladom i njome poklopite tortu. Tako pripremljenu tortu ostavite u fri\u017eideru na par sati, dekori\u0161ite je Creme Patisserie i ukrasite po \u017eelji. Tortu do slu\u017eenja dr\u017eite u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
