Zdrave i ukusne grickalice za decu potrebno su i njima i nama odraslima. Kako bi u\u017eivali u svakom zalogaju punom vitamina i minerala, pripremili smo vam par recepata koji vam mogu pomo\u0107i pri izboru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jabuka ima mnoge blagodeti na organizam. Bogata je vlaknima, sadr\u017ee vitaminima C<\/strong>, A<\/strong>, E<\/strong>, B1<\/strong>, B2<\/strong>, B6<\/strong>, beta karoten, kalijum, kalcijum, fosfor, gvo\u017e\u0111e i deluje antioksidatno. Priprema je veoma jednostavna, a u kombinacija sa susamom poseduje dosta lekovita svojstva. Susam kratko propr\u017eiti na tiganju bez dodatka ulja, pa dodati otopljeni med i sve lepo sjediniti. Smesu sipati na pek papir i prekriti jo\u0161 jednim kako bi uz pomo\u0107 oklagije rastanjili. Ostaviti na hladnom mestu da odstoji i osu\u0161i se, a zatim ise\u0107i na plo\u010dice zeljene veli\u010dine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Plo\u010dice sa semenkama<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Potrebno je:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
300 gr integralnog p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n
150g heljdinog bra\u0161na<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice sode bikarbone ili pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n
50ml ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n
200ml kisele vode<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Semenke po \u017eelji<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sve suve sastojke pome\u0161ati i sjediniti, pa dodati postepeno kiselu vodu i ulje, me\u0161ati dok se ne dobije glatka smesa. Ostaviti da odstoji 15 minuta, pa rastanjiti oklagijom i ise\u0107i na pravugaonike \u017eeljene veli\u010dine. U zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni pe\u0107i 20 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u010cips od kelja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Kelj je povr\u0107e koje deca ne vole da jedu i na svaki mogu\u0107i na\u010din poku\u0161avaju da izbegnu njegovo kori\u0161\u0107enje. Veoma je zdrav pun je vitamina i minerala, pa kao takav mali\u0161anima treba \u010desto uvesti u ishranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Petnestak listi\u0107a kelja lepo oprati i ise\u0107i na manje komade. Dobro za\u010diniti (za\u010dine odaberite po \u017eelji) i posuti morskom solju, re\u0111ati u pleh prekriven pek papirom. Pre su\u0161enja poprskati maslinovim uljem i staviti u rerni koju ste prethodno zagrejali na 100 stepeni. Su\u0161iti ih dok ne postanu hrskavi. Na ovaj na\u010din mo\u017eete pripremati i \u010dips od tikvica, krompira, cvekli ili batata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suvo vo\u0107e pome\u0161ati sa ovsanim pahuljicama, pa dodati \u010dija seme, suncokretove i bundevine semenke. Dodavati postepeno med i me\u0161ati, a po \u017eelji mo\u017eete dodati i mleveni le\u0161nik. Smesu lepo sjediniti i ostaviti da odstoji 5 minuta, pa zatim napraviti kuglice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
