Gotovo da ne postoji \u017eenska osoba koja bar jednom u \u017eivotu nije poku\u0161ala da dr\u017ei neku dijetu. Ponekad su delotvorne, a nekada i ne, ali ve\u0107ina njih je imalo jo-jo efekat. Svaka osoba ima svoj jedinstveni bioritam, vreme kada je najbolje da konzumira namirnice. Postoji vreme kada su organi vi\u0161e ili manje aktivni pa se hrana vari br\u017ee ili sporije. Na ovaj na\u010din metabolizam \u0107e ubrzati pa je gubitak kilograma lak\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doru\u010dak je najva\u017eniji obrok i u sebi mora da sadr\u017ei sastojke koji \u0107e vas ceo dan dr\u017eati aktivnima. Da se pretvaraju u energiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
